During Library Ireland Week we are promoting the new Digital Platform for Contemporary Irish Writing, created at UCD and in particular showcasing the first project and content - 50 Irish Books. The entire selection will be on display and there will be 3 short related talks.

We will be promoting the new Digital Platform for Contemporary Irish Writing (http://www.contemporaryirishwriting.ie/) and the 50 Irish books forming the first content on the platform. The majority of titles will be on show in James Joyce Library during the week in our Level 1 Collection Spotlight display, and members of the School of English, Drama and Film have kindly agreed to offer a programme of short talks in Library Link 2, just off Library Hub during the week.

All members of UCD and those with access to the Library as external users are welcome to attend these short talks, no need to book, which will be from 1.10-1.50 in each case and take place in Library Link 2 (where Writing Centre is located) on Level 1 of James Joyce Library:
