This series of talks will trace the development of music from early time to the present day, covering the Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods. Composers of the time will be analysed to aid further listening.

A multi-media exhibition commemorating the funeral of O'Donovan Rossa, with live footage and Pearse's oration at the graveside recorded by Bryan Murray. The exhibition has been on show at Dublin's City Hall since 1 August 2015 and will now visit Pearse Street Library. The funeral was a very important event in the run up to the 1916 Rising, Jeremiah O'Donovan Rossa's body was brought home to Ireland for burial. His remains were taken to the Pro Cathedral and then lay in state at City Hall, Dame Street, before the procession to Glasnevin Cemetery.

Shakespeare in Rathmines library with the Then This Theatre Company, a series of talks on 11th, 18th and 25th November @ 6.30pm. The series includes a talk on 'Shakespeare on Love', on 'Acting Shakespeare' and on 'Shakespeare and Ireland'
